لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات عنك ولا يرسلها إلى أي جهة، ولذلك تقول بطاقة الخصوصية في App Store: «لا يتم جمع البيانات».
لا إعلانات ولا تحليلات ولا تتبّع ولا حسابات.
موقعك يُستخدم على جهازك فقط ولا يُرسل إلى أي خادم.
الاتصال بالإنترنت للتلاوات فقط، من mp3quran.net.
كل ما تحفظه في التطبيق يبقى على جهازك ويُحذف بحذف التطبيق.
البيانات التي نجمعها
لا شيء. لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات شخصية أو بيانات استخدام، ولا يرسل أي معلومات عنك إلى مطوّر التطبيق أو إلى أي جهة أخرى. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أداة إعلانات أو تحليلات أو تتبّع أو تقارير أعطال من طرف ثالث، ولا يطلب إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول، ولا يتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
إذا اخترت في إعدادات iPhone مشاركة التحليلات مع المطوّرين، فقد تشارك Apple مع المطوّر تقارير أعطال لا تحدّد هويتك، وذلك وفق سياسة خصوصية Apple لا من خلال التطبيق. يمكنك إيقاف ذلك من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التحليلات والتحسينات.
الموقع الجغرافي
يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع «أثناء استخدام التطبيق» فقط، والسماح به اختياري.
إن سمحت بذلك، يُستخدم موقعك على جهازك فقط لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة، ولا يُرسل إلى أي خادم. ولا يحوّل التطبيق إحداثيات GPS إلى اسم مكان، فلا تغادر جهازك.
يمكنك بدلًا من ذلك كتابة اسم مدينة. في هذه الحالة يُرسل الاسم الذي تكتبه إلى خدمة المواقع من Apple لمعرفة إحداثياتها، وتخضع هذه الخدمة لسياسة خصوصية Apple.
يُحفظ الموقع الذي اخترته على جهازك فقط، لتعمل المواقيت والتنبيهات وودجت «الصلاة القادمة» دون إنترنت.
تعمل بوصلة القبلة بمستشعرات جهازك، وتُعالج قراءاتها على الجهاز.
يمكنك سحب الإذن في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← خدمات الموقع، ثم اختيار مدينة يدويًا.
الاتصال بالإنترنت
نص المصحف والأذكار وقائمة القرّاء مضمّنة في التطبيق وتعمل دون إنترنت. لا يتصل التطبيق بالإنترنت إلا بخوادم mp3quran.net، وذلك من أجل:
تشغيل التلاوات الصوتية أو تحميلها عندما تطلب ذلك.
تحديث قائمة القرّاء دوريًا، مرة في الأسبوع تقريبًا.
هذه طلبات HTTPS عادية لا يضيف إليها التطبيق أي معرّف أو معلومة عنك. وكما في أي اتصال بالإنترنت، يصل إلى خادم mp3quran.net عنوان IP لجهازك واسم الملف المطلوب بحكم طبيعة الاتصال. لا يتصل التطبيق بأي خادم آخر، باستثناء خدمة المواقع من Apple عندما تكتب اسم مدينة كما سبق. أما الروابط التي تفتحها بنفسك، مثل هذه الصفحة أو صفحة التطبيق في App Store، فتُفتح في Safari أو App Store.
البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك
تبقى هذه البيانات على جهازك فقط ولا تصل إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة: العلامات وموضع القراءة الأخير، وخطة الختمة وتقدّمك فيها، وعداد السبحة، والموقع المحفوظ وطريقة الحساب، واختيارات التنبيهات، والإعدادات، وآخر تلاوة استمعت إليها، والتلاوات المحمّلة.
يُحفظ بعضها في مساحة تخزين مشتركة بين التطبيق وودجاته على الجهاز نفسه (App Group)، لتعرض الودجات آية اليوم والصلاة القادمة والسبحة. لا تُرسل هذه المساحة إلى أي مكان.
لا يستخدم التطبيق iCloud ولا أي مزامنة بين الأجهزة.
التلاوات المحمّلة محفوظة على جهازك فقط ولا تُنسخ احتياطيًا. أما الإعدادات وبقية البيانات الصغيرة فقد تدخل في النسخة الاحتياطية التي يصنعها جهازك (عبر iCloud أو الكمبيوتر) إن كانت مفعّلة لديك؛ هذه النسخة تتحكم فيها أنت وفق إعدادات Apple، ولا نصل إليها.
يمكنك حذف التلاوات المحمّلة من «نعمة» ← «الإعدادات» ← «التخزين». وحذف التطبيق يحذف كل بياناته من جهازك.
التنبيهات والنشاط المباشر
تنبيهات الأذان وتذكير الأذكار وورد الختمة تنبيهات محلية يجدولها التطبيق على جهازك. لا يستخدم التطبيق الإشعارات الفورية (Push) ولا يتصل بأي خادم لإرسال التنبيهات، ويطلب إذن التنبيهات فقط عندما تفعّل أحدها. وكذلك النشاط المباشر للصلاة القادمة، على شاشة القفل وفي الجزيرة التفاعلية، يبدأ ويُحدَّث على جهازك فقط.
Siri والاختصارات
عندما تستخدم عبارات Siri أو تطبيق الاختصارات، تعالج Apple طلبك وفق سياسة خصوصيتها، ولا يتلقى التطبيق إلا الإجراء المطلوب، مثل السورة التي تريد سماعها. لا يرسل التطبيق ذلك إلى أي جهة.
الأطفال
التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار، ولا يجمع بيانات من أي مستخدم، بمن فيهم الأطفال.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة سننشر النص الجديد في هذه الصفحة ونحدّث تاريخ السريان أعلاه.
The app collects no data about you and sends none anywhere, so its App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected”.
No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts.
Your location is used on your device only and is never sent to any server.
The app goes online for recitations only, from mp3quran.net.
Everything you save in the app stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
Data we collect
None. The app collects no personal data and no usage data, and sends no information about you to the developer or to anyone else. It contains no third-party advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools, never asks you to create an account or sign in, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
If you chose in your iPhone settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may share crash reports that do not identify you with the developer. That happens under Apple’s privacy policy, not through the app. You can turn it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Location
The app asks for location access “While Using the App” only, and allowing it is optional.
If you allow it, your location is used on your device only, to calculate prayer times and the qibla direction, and is never sent to any server. The app does not turn GPS coordinates into a place name, so they never leave your device.
You can type a city name instead. In that case the name you type is sent to Apple’s location service to find its coordinates; that service is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
The location you chose is saved on your device only, so prayer times, reminders and the “Next prayer” widget work offline.
The qibla compass uses your device’s sensors, and their readings are processed on the device.
You can withdraw access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services, and choose a city manually instead.
Internet access
The Quran text, the azkar and the reciters list are built into the app and work offline. The app connects only to mp3quran.net servers, in order to:
stream or download recitations when you ask for them;
refresh the reciters list periodically, about once a week.
These are ordinary HTTPS requests to which the app adds no identifier or information about you. As with any internet connection, the mp3quran.net server receives your device’s IP address and the name of the requested file because that is how the connection works. The app contacts no other server, except Apple’s location service when you type a city name, as described above. Links you open yourself, such as this page or the app’s App Store page, open in Safari or the App Store.
Data stored on your device
This data stays on your device only and never reaches us or anyone else: bookmarks and your last reading position, your khatma plan and progress, the tasbeeh counter, the saved location and calculation method, your reminder choices, settings, the last recitation you listened to, and downloaded recitations.
Some of it is kept in a storage area shared between the app and its widgets on the same device (an App Group), so the widgets can show the ayah of the day, the next prayer and the tasbeeh counter. This storage is never sent anywhere.
The app does not use iCloud or any sync between devices.
Downloaded recitations are kept on this device only and are not included in backups. Settings and the other small data may be included in the backup your device makes (to iCloud or a computer) if you have backups turned on; you control that backup through Apple’s settings, and we have no access to it.
You can delete downloaded recitations in Neama → Settings → Storage. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
Notifications and Live Activity
Adhan alerts and the azkar and khatma reminders are local notifications that the app schedules on your device. The app does not use push notifications or any server to send them, and it asks for notification permission only when you turn one of them on. The next-prayer Live Activity, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, is also started and updated on your device only.
Siri and Shortcuts
When you use Siri phrases or the Shortcuts app, Apple processes your request under its privacy policy, and the app receives only the action you asked for, such as the surah you want to hear. The app does not send it anywhere.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from any user, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new text on this page and update the effective date above.
